Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an Account Manager to oversee key B2B client relationships and lead product introduction projects. You will coordinate with engineering, sales, and production teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution and timely deliveries.

The role focuses on client engagement, project tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with regional stakeholders to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or customer service.
• Background in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or protective packaging industries.
• Ability to read technical drawings and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2B client accounts and build strong long-term relationships.
• Coordinate new product introductions with engineering and business development teams.
• Monitor client demand forecasts and track deliveries with production and supply chain teams.
• Resolve quality issues and complaints by working closely with internal quality units.
• Support business development by identifying upselling and expansion opportunities with existing clients.
