Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in Sales, Management, Customer service, Finance, Administration, manufacturing operations or related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key contact person to maintain strong business relationships with existing customers.
• Translate customer needs into clear deliverables for the internal team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to fulfill requirements and align goals.
• Oversee administrative functions of the Client Management team.
• Prepare annual budget forecasts for management review.
• Manage customer feedback, enquiries and complaints with timely follow-up.
• Prepare pricing for new products and quarterly requirements; ensure accurate system pricing for Finance billing.
