Job summary

AMC Cincaria Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated account/program manager in Malaysia to serve as the primary client contact and oversee programs resolving scope, budgets, and timelines. You will drive account expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities while representing client interests internally.

You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver on client requirements, monitor KPIs, and manage program health in a fast-paced contract manufacturing

Qualifications

• Project management: able to coordinate across customers and internal teams to deliver requirements.
• ERP system understanding, logistics, and system usage.
• Contract manufacturing knowledge and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients (quarterly).
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for programs.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality).
• Track revenue, margins, and profitability of accounts.
• Report on program performance metrics.
• Identify potential risks in delivery or supply chain.
• Escalate and resolve issues quickly.
• Align account strategies with corporate goals.
