Job summary

Celestica is seeking a seasoned Customer Operations & Account Program Manager in Malaysia to lead programs and daily operations. You will oversee entry-level and specialist staff across multiple work groups, ensuring revenue targets and timely product deliveries through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will serve as the primary operational liaison with smaller customer accounts, monitor daily activities, and guide programs from inception to completion, while managing budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 7–10 years in program/account management or customer operations in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and supply chain.
• Excellent customer relations, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise employees across multiple functions, ensuring quality and targets.
• Manage programs to hit revenue and profitability goals while coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and host regular program tracking meetings.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports and analytics for reviews.
