Job summary

SAM Malaysia is seeking a proactive Program/Project Manager to coordinate with internal departments, manage RFQs, and ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders. The role supports continuous improvement initiatives and requires collaboration across multiple teams to meet project timelines.

The successful candidate will have a background in engineering or business, 3–6 years in PM, and experience in manufacturing/EMS/semiconductor sectors, with a track record of delivering multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Program/Project Management.
• Experience in Manufacturing/EMS/Semiconductor industry preferred.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager to coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues to ensure prompt customer resolution.
• Processing customer RFQ and coordinate pricing tabulation for customer quote formulation.
• Communicates and coordinates fulfilment activities with internal departments; verification of PO, pricing and relative tasks in managing customer sales order and request.
• Assist Program manager to ensure customer satisfaction is met through fulfilling customer requests and sustaining continuous business improvement activities.
• Day to day activities and responsibilities assigned by Program Manager.
