Job summary

You will manage budgets, forecast finances, govern vendor and partner engagements, craft SOWs, and drive governance, risk management, and continuous improvement through lessons learned. The role requires PMP and CPMAI, PMI/Agile experience, and a track record of stakeholder management and delivery

• End-to-end project delivery experience across medium to large initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects or program components.
• Maintains strong customer relationships and ensures alignment across delivery.
• Owns project representation in financial forecasts and partner status.
• Aligns customer requirements to scope and delivery plans with proper resources.
• Leads solution discussions connecting business priorities to delivery outcomes.
• Tracks customer satisfaction and supports contract change with SDMs and sales.
• Integrates dynamic inputs to drive innovation and better outcomes.
• Nurtures relationships with customers and delivery partners.
• Oversees execution of project plans and governance models.
• Anticipates conflicts and mitigates across workstreams.
• Allocates resources and creates contingency plans.
• Provides revenue and cost forecasts using Cisco systems; monitors financials.
• Manages partner engagement and governance including SOWs, invoices, and compliance.
• Demonstrates cross-domain engineering knowledge and mentors peers.
• Contributes to PM community and explores AI-enabled optimization.
• Tracks delivery KPIs and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Proposes process/tool optimizations based on data and feedback.
• Strengthens customer relationships and fosters cross-project collaboration.
• Establishes governance models with clear roles and KPIs.
• Takes single-threaded ownership of complex programs and integrates delivery.
• Mentors peers and promotes scalable collaboration.
