Job summary

Celestica Malaysia is seeking a Customer Program Assistant Manager to lead customer programs and daily operations. You will supervise entry-level to semi-skilled staff across multiple work groups and act as the main operational interface between smaller customer accounts and the company.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time product deliveries, hit revenue targets, and maintain proactive customer communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in program management, account management, or customer operations in semiconductor manufacturing or production.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to employees across multiple functions, assigning tasks and conducting quality checks.
• Direct and guide subordinates to meet operational targets using established guidelines and procedures.
• Own personnel decisions including hiring, evaluations, and compensation recommendations.
• Coach and mentor team members to drive performance improvements.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between smaller customer accounts and the company, managing programs to hit revenue and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor daily activities and ensure on-time product delivery and milestones.
• Lead and manage current and pipeline programs to secure planned revenue with guidance from senior staff.
• Monitor how customer order changes impact inventory.
• Maintain proactive customer communications and host routine program tracking meetings.
