Job summary

TecD Malaysia is seeking a Product Manager to drive revenue and profits across product groups through sales enablement, marketing programs, and vendor relationships. You will work with TecD’s extended sales team and partner community to achieve targets.

The role emphasizes market understanding, competitive analysis, and effective planning, including inventory and reporting. You will present to management and collaborate across functions, including English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in product or sales enablement.
• Degree or diploma in IT, marketing, business, engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel.
• Proficient in English; Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin a plus.
• Able to lead presentations and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation and execution of business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Implement sales enablement programs for TecD and partners.
• Develop understanding of markets, customers, and competition.
• Assist in planning including inventory turns and fulfillment.
• Provide reports for commercial decision making.
• Maintain vendor and partner relationships.
• Support sales team to maximize performance with product group.
