TD SYNNEX (Tech Data) seeks a Product Manager in Malaysia to drive sales and profitability for assigned product groups. You will lead vendor relationships, create business plans, and oversee sales enablement, marketing programs, and pre-sales support to empower the extended sales team and partner community.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue targets while maintaining high vendor and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years experience within IT distribution.
• Bachelor's Degree required; vendor product sales certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership attributes and ability to influence outcomes without direct control.

Responsabilités

• Create business plans for the vendor product group and services.
• Develop and implement sales enablement programs for Tech Data and partners.
• Train and enable technical sales teams for product groups.
• Plan and execute marketing programs to support product group objectives.
• Build and maintain executive/vendor relationships and forecast performance.
