Job summary

TD SYNNEX Malaysia in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Product Manager to drive sales and profitability for assigned product groups. You will enable the sales team through marketing programs, training, and pre-sales support, while managing vendor relationships and contracts to maximize revenue.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across local and regional markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT/Marketing/Business/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Clear communication in English and local languages.
• Ability to present and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation and execution of business plans to meet vendor revenue targets.
• Implement sales enablement programs and marketing activities.
• Understand markets, customers' needs and competition.
• Assist in planning including inventory turns and obsolescence minimization.
• Provide reports for commercial decision making.
• Maintain vendor and partner relationships.
• Support sales team with processes and pipeline management.
• Maintain knowledge of sales processes and proposals.
