Job summary

Tec D Malaysia, a TD SYNNEX Company, seeks a Product Manager to drive sales and profit targets for key product groups through marketing programs, training, and pre-sales support. You will build and execute business plans, coordinate vendor initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver revenue growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities include developing sales enablement programs, maintaining vendor partnerships, and forecasting inventory and revenue targets to ensure plan

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years experience within IT distribution.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher Educated.
• Vendor product sales certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership attributes and self-starter attitude.
• Results focused with sound business acumen.
• Ability to influence business outcomes without direct control.

Responsibilities

• Create business plans for vendor product groups and services.
• Develop and implement sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
• Ensure technical sales support teams are trained for product groups.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to support product objectives.
• Lead and maintain vendor relationships and joint initiatives.
• Forecast and plan inventory, revenue targets and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver product plan outcomes.
• Provide leadership and direction to sales teams and leadership across the organization.
