Infinite is seeking a Procurement / Project Commercial Controller in Johor, Malaysia. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating and negotiating with suppliers to secure best pricing, terms and delivery for project needs.

You will manage PR/PO/LOA processes, onboard suppliers, monitor orders, coordinate with project teams and handle supplier invoices and records. A diploma or degree and at least 2 years in procurement are required.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years in Procurement or Purchasing, preferably project/construction-based.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting System is a plus.
• EPF, SOCSO, EIS benefits and medical coverage.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, quality and delivery terms.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations for materials and services.
• Prepare PRs, POs, LOAs and other procurement documents.
• Onboard new suppliers for competitive pricing and reliable supply.
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules and outstanding orders.
• Coordinate with project, engineering and site teams for timely procurement.
• Manage supplier progress claims, invoices and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records.
• Coordinate stock replenishment to meet project material requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain supplier records, contracts and procurement documentation.
