Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement plans that optimize costs, quality, and efficiency.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and minimize risks.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and contract compliance.
• Monitor procurement expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure commercial and contracts activities comply with regulations, policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, legal departments, and finance units to support commercial needs.
• Assist in streamlining procurement processes and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Any other duties assigned by Senior Commercial & Contracts Manager.
