Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders, track order execution, and handle order exceptions.
• Manage product sourcing and allocation, control quantities and inventory levels.
• Handle non-conforming incoming materials during inspection and assist processing.
• Verify supplier invoices and handle related accounting processes.
• Communicate with suppliers on lead times, prices, and order status.
• Analyze procurement data, prepare reports, and support purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with production, warehousing, finance and other departments.
• Develop outsourced production plans for machining to align with schedules.
• Daily handling of OA applications.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the employer.
