Job summary

Infinite M & E Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring a Junior Executive for Procurement / Project Commercial Controller to support purchasing, inventory and supplier management across construction-related projects.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, 2 years of experience, and proficiency in MS Office. You will handle PR/PO/LOA, monitor orders and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely material delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in procurement, ideally project-based or construction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL accounting knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and terms.
• Prepare PR/PO/LOA and other procurement-related documents.
• Monitor PO status, delivery schedules and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure timely procurement and material delivery.
• Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
