Hirehub Group is seeking a procurement professional in Senai, Johor to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships. You will oversee purchase orders, track deliveries, and optimize costs while coordinating with production and finance teams.

The role requires a Diploma or higher and 3–5 years of purchasing management experience, with strong cost awareness and excellent communication skills. Salary is competitive and the position is based on-site in Senai.

Mansioni

• Create purchase orders, track order execution, and handle order exceptions (delays, shortages, quality issues).
• Manage product sourcing and allocation, control purchase quantities and inventory levels to avoid overstock or shortages.
• Handle non-conforming incoming materials during inspection and assist with processing.
• Verify supplier invoices and handle related accounting processes.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding lead times, prices, and order status; follow up on material deliveries to ensure stable supply.
• Analyze procurement data, prepare related reports, and support purchasing decisions and cost control.
• Collaborate with production, warehousing, finance, and other departments to align procurement with operations.
• Develop outsourced production plans for machining according to equipment schedules, ensuring outsourcing tasks meet production needs.
• Daily handling of OA (Office Automation) applications.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the employer.
