You will source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality and delivery terms, while managing the full procurement cycle for projects across site teams. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Procurement, preferably project-based or construction.
• Strong negotiation & communication skills, well-organized and proactive.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, quality and delivery terms.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations for materials and services.
• Prepare PR, PO, LOA and other procurement documents.
• Onboard new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
• Monitor PO status, delivery schedules and outstanding orders.
• Coordinate with project, engineering and site teams for timely procurement.
• Track supplier progress claims, invoices and supporting docs.
• Maintain stock records and coordinate replenishment.
• Resolve procurement issues with suppliers and internal teams.
