Job summary

BD Malaysia is seeking an Executive for Order Management covering Greater China. You will execute order processing, coordinate with Planning, Finance and Logistics, and ensure timely delivery while supporting sales growth.

The role requires a diploma or degree in order management, strong customer focus, cross-cultural collaboration, and Chinese language ability; you will train staff and help meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in order management with relevant years of experience.
• Highly customer- and business-oriented.
• Able to work cross-culture in a global team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to read, write and speak Chinese as role will support Greater China.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage Order Processing transactions accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with Planning to ensure stock availability as required; with Finance for credit release; with Logistics for special instructions.
• Handle distributors/end customers' order inquiries and open order status.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPMDS, ISO 13485 and BD policies.
• Provide training to new Order Management Representatives and Specialists.
• Meet KPIs and development plan goals.
