Job summary

BD Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Order Management professional to execute and coordinate order processing for Greater China customers. You will collaborate with planning, finance, logistics, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery, accurate invoicing, and efficient information flow.

You will support SOX, ISO 13485 compliance, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication, resilience under pressure, and flexibility to work across time

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and diverse cultures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused.
• Ability to read/write/speak Chinese; supports Greater China.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage Order Processing transactions accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with Planning for stock availability.
• Coordinate with Finance for timely credit release.
• Coordinate with Logistics for special instructions and shipping.
• Handle distributors' and customers' inquiries and complaints.
• Produce Open Order Status reports as required.
• Assist in Customer Creation Form review and data setup.
