Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma acceptable in Business, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Development, ideally in logistics.
• Experience with CRM and client relationship management.

Aufgaben

• Actively acquiring and growing new customers for logistics services, including Sea, Air, Road, and Energy solutions.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development KPIs.
• Building, maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers, stakeholders and the sales team.
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue.
• Preparation of proposals and quotations.
• Collaborating with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless service.
