Job summary

Gulf Agency Company (GAC) in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya HQ is seeking a Commercial Cum Business Development Manager to drive growth of logistics services. You will identify and grow opportunities, build key relationships and coordinate with operations for seamless service.

The role focuses on expanding Sea, Air, Road, and Oil & Gas logistics, with a proven BD track record, strong CRM usage, and top-tier negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related fields acceptable.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Business Development, preferably in logistics.
• Proven sales achievements and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquiring and growing new customers for logistics services, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, Road Freight, and Oil & Gas (Energy) logistics solutions.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development KPIs.
• Building, maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers, key stakeholders and sales team.
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue.
• Preparation of proposals and quotations.
• Collaborating with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless service.
