Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key telecom clients in Malaysia. You will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Higher Diploma, preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in account management, preferably in telecom or tech.
• Strong understanding of telecom services (mobile, broadband).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with telecom clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor telecom solutions to meet objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure service delivery.
