U Mobile Sdn Bhd is seeking a Channel Manager to grow the corporate subscriber base by expanding products and services to business customers. You will work with channel partners across geography to achieve sales targets and profitability while recruiting new partners.

The role requires strong account management, telecommunications knowledge, and excellent communication. You will manage reseller agreements, forecast device availability, and ensure high service levels, with a customer-first

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher diploma in business, communications, or related field required.
• Experience in account management, preferably in telecom or tech.
• Strong telecom services understanding (mobile, broadband, enterprise solutions) preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
• CRM proficiency and MS Office expertise.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with enterprise clients.
• Positive and energetic personality.

Responsabilités

• Account management and service for reseller networks by geography.
• Register corporate lines and generate revenue through direct enterprise engagement.
• Generate leads by networking and public outreach.
• Ensure reseller compliance with reseller agreements.
• Forecast device availability.
• Manage billing-related crises and service levels.
• Support reseller customers and maintain good service.
• Manage enterprise customer expectations of products and services.
• Monitor accounts receivables of enterprise customers.
