Job summary
UES E-Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is a leading provider of IT and cybersecurity solutions in Malaysia, seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager – IT & Cybersecurity Solutions to join our Kuala Lumpur team.
You will develop new business opportunities, manage corporate accounts and promote IT and cybersecurity solutions, working closely with our technical team to translate client needs into compelling proposals. You will conduct product demonstrations, drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
- Experience in IT, cybersecurity, networking or enterprise software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT and cybersecurity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and develop solution-based proposals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of IT/cybersecurity solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Collaborate with technical, delivery and support teams post-sale.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
