Job summary

CTC Global Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an energetic Account Manager to manage and grow our direct accounts while prospecting new business across desktop, servers, networking and software solutions.

You will build trusted adviser relationships with IT and business executives, drive the full sales cycle from lead to contract, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs and expand our market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma in IT or equivalent.
• 2–3 years' experience in sales & marketing role.
• Self-motivated, go-get‑and‑win attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player, meticulous and proactive.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred to support China market.
• Fresh graduates who are keen to explore in Account Management are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow existing direct accounts and prospect new ones.
• Establish relationships with IT and business unit executives as a trusted advisor.
• Partner with business development teams to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
• Engage with principal, partners, suppliers in IT product and service sales.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate internal resources (Pre‑Sales, Post‑Sales) to deliver solutions.
• Negotiate and prepare contracts and quotations.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and expand revenue.
