Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and labour regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage confidential HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration.
• Handle recruitment, employee relations and staff development.
• Manage attendance, leave and disciplinary matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour and employment requirements; support management in manpower planning and performance management.
