Job summary

Private Advertiser in Ipoh, Malaysia, seeks an experienced HR leader to develop and implement policies and oversee all HR functions aligned with the company’s direction.

You will manage performance systems, training, payroll, industrial relations, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, and staff administration while partnering with senior management to drive strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree or above qualification in HR Management/ Business Administration or relevant field.
• Min 8 years or above experiences in a organization/ Multinational company/ corporation or others .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws.
• Strategic Thinking and problem solving skills.
• Language : English, Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business direction.
• Plan, direct and oversee all HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, personnel administration and employee relations.
• Manage the Performance Management System and initiate related activities.
• Lead staff training and development programs within budget.
• Source and implement HR systems and ensure effective payroll processing.
• Handle industrial relations and ensure harmony; work with Board and Regulators on strategic HR initiatives.
• Oversee administrative function and office operations.
