Job summary

CB Industrial Product Holding Bhd is seeking an HR Business Partner to oversee major HR functions, align HR strategies with business goals, and bridge management and employee relations. You will support staffing, performance, and compensation, while maintaining a compliant and positive workplace.

The role requires hands-on leadership, extensive HR expertise in Malaysia, and a proactive approach to talent development and workforce planning across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA or equivalent.
• 7+ years in HR with recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with Senior Management, develop People Strategies to support business objectives.
• Set up KPIs and budget proposals for salary increases and bonuses; assist in workforce planning.
• Ensure policies comply with legislation and Group standards.
• Manage HR documentation, work permits, visas and onboarding compliance for new hires/transfers.
• Provide training on Performance Management and succession planning; identify management training needs.
• Collaborate with IT to implement HR software for employee data management.
• Advise managers on discipline, grievance, performance, redundancy and capability.
• Co-manage office administration including facilities, licenses, and government-mandated contributions.
