Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Leader to drive the organization’s HR agenda across operations, training, compliance, industrial relations, and workforce planning in support of production excellence.

You will lead Training Needs Analysis, learning and development, leadership development, succession planning, audits (ISO/RBA), HR analytics, and workforce capability initiatives; coach the HR team; and partner with stakeholders on strategic HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, Management or Psychology.
• Minimum 5 years in progressively responsible HR roles.
• Experience in operations, compliance, audits, and projects.
• Experience in manufacturing or multinational environments preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Needs Analysis, learning and development, and leadership development.
• Oversee succession planning, workforce capability initiatives, and HRDC compliance.
• Coach and develop HR team via knowledge sharing and cross-training.
• Drive HR compliance, governance, ISO/RBA audits, and data privacy.
• Lead HR transformation, digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning insights.
