Job summary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Lead and manage the overall HR function, policies, processes, and initiatives.

• Manage performance appraisal and talent management processes.

• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, leave, and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and documentation.
