Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions across the company. You will lead recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance, and provide strategic HR advisory to the leadership team.

The role requires 5-7 years of HR leadership, strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, and hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR, including disciplinary matters and JTK cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in HR leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR, including employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labour practices and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling JTK cases, employee complaints, and employment-related disputes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions and operations across the company.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures according to company needs and employment laws.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning, including hiring and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters, including misconduct, warnings and termination.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Advise Directors and Management on HR matters and risk mitigation.
• Lead the HR team and manage HR reports for leadership.
