Qualifications

• 5 years of HR managerial experience in an MNC.
• Experience handling full HR life cycle: operations, requisition, development, and compensation & benefits.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Familiar with local labour laws and regulations.
• Strong skills in technologies and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide HR expertise across Talent Development and Requisition.
• Deliver regular HR analytics for decision making.
• Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.
• Manage talent requisition and build talent pipelines.
• Lead or participate in global or regional HR projects.
• Promote inclusive culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support Training and Education activities.
