Global Turbine Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions, translating business objectives into practical people initiatives. The role covers payroll, benefits, HRIS, learning & development, performance, and industrial relations, with close collaboration to the Group CHRO.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership role, and knowledge of Malaysian employment law. Aviation/MRO background is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
• 8–10 years’ HR experience, including 3 years managing a team; fast-paced organisational experience preferred.
• Experience in the MRO and/or aviation industry will be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the overall HR functions, ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures in alignment with business objectives.
• Drive HR processes, systems and service delivery, including HRIS utilisation, automation and HR reporting.
• Provide HR insights, analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making and workforce planning.
• Oversee payroll administration, compensation planning, salary reviews, benefits, employee welfare and statutory compliance.
• Manage compensation and benefits programmes, including budgeting, cost monitoring and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal consistency.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, manpower planning and workforce requisitions to ensure timely fulfilment of organisational requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, employee integration and the Protégé programme, expatriate employment and related regulatory matters.
• Develop and implement the annual training plan in line with organisational needs, training requirements and competency gaps.
• Monitor training effectiveness and identify opportunities to strengthen employee capabilities and organisational performance.
• Oversee the performance management and appraisal process, including performance evaluation, salary increment and bonus exercises.
• Drive talent development, succession planning and performance improvement initiatives to support employee growth and organisational effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters and industrial relations in accordance with applicable employment legislation and Company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
• Oversee day-to-day HR services and ensure effective delivery of employee support throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Review and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Lead employee engagement, welfare and workplace initiatives to promote a positive, productive and supportive working environment.
