Global Turbine Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Human Resources and Administration Executive to support recruitment, training, and HR operations in Malaysia. You will coordinate interviews and documentation for hiring, manage protégé program data in the HRIS, assist in HRDF levy registrations, and help run career activities and recruitment promotion across channels such as social media.

You will also coordinate internal and external training programs and act as a focal point for protégé

Responsabilités

• Coordinate interviewing process and facilitate documentation for hiring.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for the protégé program.
• Compile data from protégé and input into HRIS promptly.
• Act as coordinating point for protégé training activities.
• Assist in promoting recruitment activities (e.g. social media, employees’ referral program).
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, including logistics and schedules.
