Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the HR Manager across payroll, analytics, operations, employee relations, and process improvement.

You will ensure data accuracy, drive HR process improvements, and liaise with employees, stakeholders and vendors to foster a positive employee experience. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, performance management, mobility, training, HRDC compliance and talent development, in a permanent capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience as a HR Generalist.
• Proficient in Google Suites and HR systems.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia labour laws, HRDC and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, training, employee engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timeline.
• Proven experience with Employment Pass and other immigration processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviewing.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding for a smooth transition.
• Assist with the company's performance appraisal process.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR policies.
• Plan and implement engagement strategies aligned with business culture.
• Forecast, plan and manage Employment Pass and other work visa processes.
• Conduct exit interviews and develop retention strategies.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and generate reports.
• Manage corporate training plans and track training effectiveness.
• Ensure HRDC compliance and manage related claims.
