Confidential Company in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the group’s Human Resources function and support its growth. You will work with senior management to shape HR strategies, drive people management practices, and ensure smooth HR operations across the organisation.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in HR, including 3–5 years in a managerial role, a strong grasp of Malaysian employment law, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style to engage with senior management and HODs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• 8–10 years HR experience with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and industrial relations.
• Experience in recruitment, HR operations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee workforce planning and manpower budgeting.
• Lead performance management, KPI reviews, talent development and succession planning.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, salary reviews, payroll and employee benefits.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and industrial relations.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian employment legislation.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and workplace culture initiatives.
• Lead and develop the HR team and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Prepare HR reports and provide management with insights on workforce planning and recruitment.
