Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires at least 6 years of experience in Human Resources and Employee Management.
• Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree or higher, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for employees and managers, providing leadership, coaching and HR process support.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline and executing policy/strategy.
• Provide guidance to new team members and communicate complex information clearly.
• Drive execution of projects and processes within standard HR practices.
• Utilize technical expertise and analytics to solve problems using internal resources.
