Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and ability to apply them in a dynamic business environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in data analysis and report writing, with attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment, postings, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding activities.
• HR Administration & compliance: maintain records, attendance, leave, statutory requirements, payroll data, and HR letters; support government submissions and audits.
• Performance & employee relations: assist in appraisal processes, KPIs/OKR tracking, grievances, disciplinary matters, and engagement initiatives.
• Training & development: coordinate training programs, maintain records, prepare HRDF applications, and assess training effectiveness.
• Draft, update and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook; support HR projects and HR system improvements.
