Job summary

AM ONE ENTERPRISE in Malaysia is seeking an HR Generalist to drive the employee experience across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.

You will partner with managers, manage records and HR systems, and help maintain a positive, inclusive workplace while ensuring adherence to Malaysian Labour Law.

This role offers growth across the full spectrum of HR and requires 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience with payroll and recruitment.
• Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to multitask.
• Familiar with HR2000 system.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing qualified candidates to successful hiring.
• Create a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract and select the right talent.
• Support accurate and timely payroll, claims, and attendance record and processing.
• Manage employee records (salaries, attendance, leave and claims application) and HR systems efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB).
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Support a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
• Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and insights and ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Law or Employment Act 1955.
