Job summary

Systemizer Technic Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage HR functions, including recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or similar.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in a corporate environment.
• Understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in handling the full spectrum of HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training sessions.
• Process monthly payroll and maintain employee records.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Support performance management and assist managers with KPIs.
