Job summary

PORATHA PLANTATION & CROPS SDN BHD in Semenyih, Selangor seeks an experienced HR Executive to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to termination. You will liaise with JTK, Immigration and other authorities, ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.

The role requires hands-on HR expertise, ability to handle sensitive matters, and strong coordination with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and labour practices.
• Experience dealing with JTK and Immigration Dept.
• Experience with foreign workers and permits is an advantage.
• Able to handle confidential matters and work independently.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Based in Semenyih, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Cover end-to-end HR operations from recruitment to termination.
• Prepare employment letters and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
• Liaise with JTK, Immigration Dept, KWSP/EPF and other authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955 and company policies.
