Job summary

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd in Penampang, Sabah, is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our team. You will manage full-spectrum HR, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee welfare, and manpower deployment.

You will ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and PDPA 2020, support managers on employee relations and performance, administer records, and deliver HR analytics to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR best practices, compliance, and enforcement procedures.
• Experience in HR compliance, policy enforcement, disciplinary cases, and industrial relations matters is an advantage.
• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-spectrum HR management including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and staffing.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management and talent development.
• Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with labour laws and PDPA 2020.
• Drive training programmes to upskill staff and uphold company culture and values.
• Produce HR analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
