Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment and workforce planning, including onboarding of foreign workers.
• Manage employee relations, engagement programs, and culture-building initiatives.
• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
