Bespoke Habitat in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR cum ADMIN Manager to join our team. This full-time role blends HR management with administrative oversight to support operations and employee development.

You will report to Singapore Management, shape our culture, ensure compliance, and streamline HR and admin processes across the business to enable a productive, compliant workplace. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR, a professional HR qualification, and solid knowledge

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR management or combined HR/administration.
• Professional qualification in HR management or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment law, labour regulations and IR practices.
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration and leave management.
• Strong organisation, communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and talent retention efforts.
• Manage employee relations, performance systems and staff development programs.
• Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and ensure compliance with Malaysian law.
• Handle admin functions: office management, procurement, facilities, recordkeeping.
• Maintain employee records and data confidentiality.
• Coordinate training needs and staff development initiatives.
• Organise company events and employee engagement activities.
• Serve as contact for employee queries and ensure workplace safety.
• Prepare HR and admin reports for management and planning.
