Timesfly International (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. 时代飞扬国际(马来西亚)有限公司 is seeking an HR Admin Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations in Johor Bahru.

The role coordinates recruitment, onboarding, records management, attendance, leave and payroll support in partnership with the finance team. The successful candidate will develop HR policies, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in HR operations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management support, and HR policy implementation.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, document/records management, vendor coordination, and reporting compliance.
• People and communication skills to interact professionally at all levels and handle confidential information.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities including basic HR data analysis and workflow improvements.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations is beneficial for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and recruitment coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding, personnel records, attendance and leave administration.
• Provide payroll-related support in collaboration with finance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage office administration tasks, vendor coordination, and reporting for HR analytics.
