Job summary

Private Advertiser in Johor Bahru District is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead HR operations and strategy across the group on a full-time basis. This pivotal role reports to senior leadership and shapes our organisational culture and people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience in a group or multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and labour regulations.
• Excellent recruitment and talent management capabilities.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
