Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead SME enterprise partnerships and drive growth through EB partner channels.

You will recruit, train, and manage a high-performing partner network, aiming to exceed monthly/quarterly targets while aligning with corporate goals. Strong hunter mentality, relationship-building, and presentation skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field with 5-8 years of sales experience.
• Experience in Enterprise Business (EB), dealer/trade agent channels, or SME account management is preferred.
• Strong drive to achieve sales goals and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train new EB partners within the assigned territory and ensure adherence to product knowledge and policies.
• Achieve sales targets including monthly targets, partner recruitment, and campaign objectives.
• Conduct 5-8 partner visits weekly to monitor activity, review pipelines, and identify performance gaps.
• Provide updates and weekly forecasts to management and stay informed on industry trends.
