Job summary

Signify is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to manage replenishment and fulfillment processes, ensuring timely product availability and cost optimization. You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline supply chain operations and analyze data to forecast demand for the 18-month horizon.

You will lead IBP activities, maintain planning master data, and release POs aligned with the supply plan, driving MTS/MTO fulfillment from requisition to delivery at customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or in any other field with experience in SC/Logistics.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in demand planning, finished goods planning, fulfillment planning with focus on demand forecasting.
• Knowledge of using AI tools will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Resolves issues during the fulfillment process to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead demand planning for short & mid-terms and hold regular meetings with Commercial, Product Marketing, Finance and Logistics teams.
• Manage Inventory and slow moving items; monitor FACC and DRM & Fillrate-OTIF KPI.
• Conduct customer-level account planning and regular reviews with sales and customers for demand management.
• Manage IBP uploads and maintain 18-month rolling 12NC baseline forecast.
• Maintain master data and planning parameters per RSIM guidelines and prepare intake plans for full planning horizon.
• Release POs per supply plan and review supply vs PO and vendor confirmations; own MTS/MTO PO fulfillment from requisition to availability at customer locations.
• Ensure availability, quality, and consistency of planning parameters for product portfolio.
