Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking a planning professional to act as the customer interface for demand planning and shipment information. You will develop feasible operational plans, own plan execution, and strive for customer satisfaction while minimizing liabilities and improving planning metrics.

The role emphasizes ERP/MRP proficiency, collaboration with business units, and strong communication skills to ensure accurate master scheduling and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• ERP/MRP knowledge required and applied in daily planning tasks.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop a collaborative demand plan with BU and Customer through the Demand Management Process.
• Create a Master Schedule via resource, material, and capacity sizing.
• Load Master Schedule into the Company ERP system.
• Develop a feasible production plan and coordinate with operations to ensure execution.
• Develop revenue forecast and monitor performance; trigger corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor planning metrics and drive continuous improvement.
