Job summary

Signify is seeking a seasoned planner to manage replenishment ensuring timely product availability and fulfillment. The role coordinates across internal departments to optimize supply chain operations, analyze data, and reduce costs while maintaining service levels.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in demand and fulfillment planning, with strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in demand planning, finished goods planning and fulfillment planning.
• Knowledge of using AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolves issues in the fulfillment process to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead SIOP meetings and demand planning for short and mid-term horizons.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Product Marketing, Finance and Logistics teams.
• Manage inventory, slow movers, KPI like Fill rate-OTIF and 18-month rolling forecast.
